AN INTIMATE NIGHT OF MUSIC - Jason & Phil (at Hayko's)

A change-of-pace event for us!

We're going to have a 'music-only' night with music performed by a couple of our members: Jason and myself (Phil)...

Each time we have Culture Circle, particularly at this beautiful location, and one of our members shares a song with us, we sit there transfixed, enjoying the mini-concert moment in the middle of the circle.


Each time that happens, one of our members has an idea:
"HEY, why don't we have a WHOLE NIGHT of only music!?!"


Well... ask no further... that night is here :-)

ABOUT THE MUSIC:


Our resident bard and popular local singer/songwriter, JASON, has agreed to perform a full acoustic set for the Culture Circle :-)

In addition, I am going to take a risk, and perform a full solo set as well.

There's going to be NO AMPLIFICATION at this living-room style concert.
Only acoustic guitars and voices... Culture Circle-style!

We will be in a magical, inspiring atmosphere: the beautiful Turkish Rug store operated by one of our members, Hayko Oltaci. The store is dark, candle-lit, and incense-burning! Hayko serves us freshly-brewed Turkish coffee! We will sit on, and be surrounded by, beautifully ornate Turkish rugs throughout the evening...! In a word, the place is MAGIC.

Bring something comfortable to sit in, as we will be sitting on the floor or on rolled up stacks of Turkish carpets.

As always, bring YOURSELF, your open mind, and that in-extinguishable divine spark of creativity and awe that resides in each of us!
