WHAT: A Taste of Dance

WHERE: Music Center Plaza, 135 North Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA

WHEN: Saturday, October 10, 11am to 4pm Tickets go on sale at 10:30AM while supplies last.

ADMISSION: $1 per lesson, 20 minutes long. No experience necessary. Purchase tickets on day of the event (cash only), on sale beginning at 10:30am while supplies last. Class size is limited. Dress in comfortable clothes/shoes, some classes may be danced barefoot.

Learn dances from around the globe. Schedule is as follows:

11:00AM (FREE GROUP CLASS)

11:30AM to 1:20PM (Four 20 min lessons - Lesson Start times 11:30AM, 12:00PM, 12:30PM, 1:00PM)

● Colombian Salsa
● Jazz Funk

● Scottish Dance

1:30PM to 3:20PM (Four 20 min lessons - Lesson Start times 1:30PM, 2:00PM, 2:30PM, 3:00PM)
● Irish Step
● Lyrical
● Polka (partner)
● Roboting
● Thai Classical

3:30PM (FREE GROUP CLASS)
● Thriller

*Bharatanatyam dress code - Please dress in loose t-shirts (with sleeves) and long pants/leggings.

Active Arts® at the Music Center is a series of low or no-cost events for the artist in everyone. Come sing, dance, play music, and tell stories downtown. Be active.
